Liary · Privacy Policy · Terms of Use
Last updated: October 4, 2026
This policy applies to Liary, a party-game app for iPhone, iPad and Android developed by Serthan Topal. Liary includes Imposter, Charades, 5 Seconds, Most Likely To, Never Have I Ever, Would You Rather and (on Android) Truth or Dare.
This data is kept in your device's local storage. It is not sent to us or to third parties, and it is removed completely when you delete the app.
The free version shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may process data such as a device advertising identifier, coarse location derived from your IP address, and information about the ads you see. In the EEA, the UK and some US states the app first asks for your consent through Google's consent form, and you can change your choice any time from the app's Settings. On iPhone and iPad you are also asked for tracking permission; if you decline, ads are not personalised but are still shown. See how Google uses data from partner apps.
Users with Premium see no ads, and no ads are requested for them.
To find and fix bugs, Liary uses Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) for crash and error reporting. If the app crashes or something fails (for example a purchase or an ad that does not load), a report is sent that may include the error and where it happened, the screen you were on, your device model, operating system and app version, and a random installation ID. Crash reports are not linked to your identity, are not used for advertising or tracking, and never include names, words you typed, email addresses or payment details. They are stored on Sentry's servers in the European Union. See the Sentry Privacy Policy.
Premium is sold through the Apple App Store on iPhone and iPad and through Google Play on Android. Payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google; your payment details never reach us. The app only receives whether a purchase is active on your device.
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
Because your game data lives on your device, you can delete all of it yourself by removing the app. You can reset your advertising identifier in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads). Write to us with any questions or requests.
